Oh non proprio ancora Natale ma la stagione è cominciata. Ogni anno ho l'abitudine di preparare qualcosa di nuovo da appendere alla porta di casa, per l'8 dicembre. Qualcosa di ricamato , sia ben chiaro.
Ebbene quest'anno mi sono trovata un po' in affanno ma ce l'ho fatta: ricamare, tagliare, cucire, ricamare, tagliare, cucire, ricamare......
Sei cuscinetti dopo ecco il risultato, pronto, persino con un po' di anticipo.
Si tratta di disegni di Carnets de broderie che ho deciso di sistemare a grappolo, unendo a loro l'immancabile cuore su cui ho scritto con vecchie applicazioni sangallo "è Natale". Su un cuore per ricordare che proprio lì deve esserci aria di Natale...
Not Christams already but the season's begun
Every year I'm used to adorn my font door with an ornament, a stitched ornament for sure!
Well this year I was a little late but I achieved my goal just in time for December 8th, when I'll hang it.
