Non riesco a ricordare di aver ricamato un sampler. In effetti ho sempre pensato che riprodurre samplers sia come leggere un romanzo giallo di cui si conosce già la fine e che, dunque, ha perso di interesse.
Tuttavia quando Nataliejo ha presentato lo Stitch me club per il 2012 ho deciso di aderire al progetto nonostante fosse un sampler. In questo caso la suspense era stata garantita dal fatto che niente veniva anticipato e dunque la curiosità, che é la molla che anima il piacere del ricamo, soddisfatta.
Il sampler si articola in quattro puntate che Natalie invia nel corso dei mesi e questo è il risultato delle prime due parti.
Ho scelto un lino Newcastle 40ct. sul quale ricamo a petit point con fili DMC , Gast, Atalie.
I can't remember the last time I've stitched a sampler ......ages ago probably.
The reason is that , in my opinion, samplers are boring and it's like reading a mistery book when you already know the end :-)
With Natalie project the suspense is assured because you don't know exactly how it will turn out so this the reason why I've subscribed the Stitch me club again.
These are firt two parts and I don't regret to stitch a sampler. Natalie is a talented designer.
I've chosen a newcastle linen (40 ct.) and stitched it in petit point.
Now it's almost time to receive the third part.
